I am going to buy a new Macbook Pro when Leopard comes out. However, the new Mac Mini is also looking pretty good! When I buy the Macbook Pro with Leopard, can I install that copy of Leopard on my Mac Mini?

No. The OS version which comes with a new Mac is always machine-specific. You can use it on any MBP of the same vintage, but nothing else.

To be more precise, it will _work_ on any identical MBP, but possibly not on a MacMini. But it is still not legal to use it on any other computer at all (as long as it is on the MBP).
