I only used Siri the first week of buying the 4S. It was mostly fun & games. After that, it's been disabled. What a waste of a feature to be honest.

hi , whats the toggle to learn the speech?

google has voice search/actions which searches web and navigates, composes text messages etc. I've used voice commands / voice to text twice in 2 years both times while driving.

The main SIRI on/off switch.

I know android has a talking nav app. But it seems like what one does with android voice is now done with SIRI , but in a more conversational way.

See below in Apple

FAQ:

If you like, you can reset what Siri has learned about your voice by turning Siri off and then back on in Settings > General > Siri.

yes the implementation on siri is more conversational that's true.

uh i dont know how it can learn your voice tbh. On android it asks if you want to associate your google account with voice commands. If you choose "yes" It then builds your profile everytime you use it, when its not sure what your said you get a list of options to choose from. Google says this is how it learns your voice

How does it work on siri?

I use Siri almost every day/every other day to dictate emails and text messages on my commute. I have a very long commute so Siri has been invaluable.

If you go to the iPhone help safari bookmark under SIRI it suggests how to correct SIRI mistakes. I'm assuming this is partly how it is done.

But I don't know the details of the AI interface. A screenshot below.

You mean what a waste of an upgrade/2yr contract ;)

I use Siri constantly, and now she opens my apps for me so I don't even have to unlock my phone.
"Open Radar Scope" "Open Facebook" "Call Frankie" "Open TomTom" :D
