Lg's new V30 looks exactly like the iPhone 8

The s8 is a s6 edge with waterproofing. The s6 is a s3 win a glass back. Let's be real nobody has really changed their designs in years. LG tries to efrynsingle phone is different as if they are constantly trying to find what actually sells.

Did anyone notice how Charmin copied Scotts toilet paper rolls? No innovation at all for the last 20 years I tell you.

I just noticed that Pepsi cans use same opening mechanism as Coke cans!!

Even all bananas are the same color!!

LG used to make one ugly phone. That's a big improvement.

They used to be way behind HTC and Samsung as far as appearance.

Man ... us fans really need to stop thinking about all this who copied who. It's flattery and we see it so often everywhere. There is a LOT more to the V30 we should focus or look on and marvel or pontificate what will Apple bring to the mobile space that is unique and we can enjoy.

You'll fee better and conversations well will be more gratifying. Just a thought generically not to you specifically.

If HTC were to release a new phone, they can just move that speaker grill to the bottom of the phone like IPhone, Samsung, and V30 and extend the display downward to cover the whole face, and get rid of the front facing HTC logo. They then have to solve the problem of getting rid of the black borders around the screen that make it dated compared to Samsung and LGs released designs with bezeless displays. I can't believe I can't say Apple yet.

IMO yes, Samsung realized they were losing in comparison to what HTC was putting out. They stepped it up and improved in quality two to three years ago. LG on the other hand was continuously releasing a big bulky hunk of metal that wasn't refined.

There's a limit to fanboyism but you my friend take it to the next level.
You're accusing an unveiled device that will be available before the release of the iPhone 8 of copying the latter!?
Not sure if trolling or just blinded by the Apple juggernaut.. but I would make an educated guess that designs are finalised months in advance of eventual release so the manufacturing process can be finalised/optimised for the said device.
Perhaps use some practical logic before posting such accusations next time!

I had an HTC One a few years ago, and it was really well-made. Beautiful phone.

Nokia N95 was my all time favorite phone. It was $500 back in the day and it was awesome. It was a head of its time, 8GB internal storage, built in GPS navigation, microSD card slot, 5mbp camera, the list goes on and on.
 
Not even close, that phone is hideous. If Apple releases a phone that terrible they would be laughed out of Steve Jobs Stadium... not gonna happen.

Really? Get out of here. I'm not saying the design is great. I much prefer android hardware at this point. Stop talking out your ass.

You're saying that LG copied the iPhone 8 design. How did they copy it when it doesn't publicly exist ? Sorry, all that matters is which phone is available first and since the LG is out, if the iPhone 8 looks the same, it becomes a case of Apple copied LG, not the other way around.
