The bumper parts feel different than the 4 cases, less "rubbery" but still nice to hold.

I had a really bad experience with these lifeproof company, the charged me twice and never shipped the product yet i spoke 2 times on the phone and they stated they will ship my orders lol, the second time i waited over a week and didnt bother to call just sent a email and they responded back saying that i need to call :) i called the bank to request a chargeback.

I just returned from my local Best Buy, they had plenty of cases, I bought a black one. After finishing the water test, and installing my iphone 5 in the case I noticed a pillow effect around the home button, like the screen cover was protruding outward.

To anyone with a case, did you notice the same thing?

same issue here

How tight is it to get the iPhone 5 into the Lifeproof case?

I'm worried about it scratching my tender Black iPhone 5

Heading over to Best Buy in the morning for my case.

I use Lifeproof and I don't have any problems. I dropped it on the ground many times on bike and snowboard, and it is still working 100% in mud, rain and snow. I don't know how it works in deep water, but filming girls in swimming pool – no problem.
For compering and calculating prices (with transport, taxes…) I found this useful page: Where can I buy lifeproof .

Some of you guys have problems, but for me, it is working as I expected.
