Lightning Adapter...

Unluckily no. Lightning uses too much Apple propietery things to be able to make easily and cheaply. Why not use the Bluetooth function instead?
 
That sucks.

My car does not have bluetooth audio, and I like the simplicity of the single connector providing power and audio. It allows me to use navigation without worrying about the battery, and having a simple audio input too.

Here is my installation:
