When I saw the picture I immediatly thought so.

For that king of design to be sanctionned by Apple is weird... I mean, it doesn't let you engrave "****" (the four-letter word for human dejection, thanks censorship) on AirTags, but a barely modified Waffen-SS logo on a product is fine... go figure.

The logo reminds me of something you could get done on fiverr for the cost of a modest meal.

Alas, do what you can to cater to the urban youth 🤷‍♂️
 
Beats Flex is gotta be on or near the bottom as one of the worst products from Apple.

Beats? There is no beat. The sound is flat so much so I exchanged thinking there was something wrong.
Next pair same thing, so had two different friends try them a a couple of family members to get a reading on them.

Consensus : They suck. And for the new recently raised price, its a crime.

These should be no more than 29.99 on a good day.
Beats dropped the ball and got greedy.
Luckily I returned the second pair.

People who find this as excellent listening for music are missing out.
 
I do have Beat Flex. It’s OK. The microphone and connectivity are much better than my no-name headset, battery life is much worse. Sound quality is similar. Overall Beats are more stiff and less comfortable. I went back to mainly using $30 no-names

Actually. It is a strength for most of their products, because replaceable batteries are a physical weak point that has consistently been a top reason for failure in mobile devices that use them. It’s why Apple devices last longer.

Speak for yourself. I think as long as you use the right size inserts (I mean they WERE uncomfortable, seated too far in, until I used the large size they came with) they are great.

I know I HATE trying to shove my earlobe through those "around the ear" clips- I don't know if other ones w/ scaffolding wings work, but they certainly look weird.

And the magnetic clips that turn them into a necklace? What could be more convenient than that? Certainly more comfortable than clunky big earphones around your neck, or having to carry around your little floss-box

The basic idea is sound. Paying extra for little SS-looking logo is a bit odd.
