If you search the Mac App Store for "os x lion" it's there and you can see and buy it, but it fails to install. (Not sure if this was always the case though...)

I'm posting to this thread just so I can say that I was part of the longest, least useful thread on MacRumors to date that is most indicative that some of us need to get a life or at the very least have a long list of things we COULD be doing beyond sitting here, posting, while we do nothing but Wait for Lion. But, sad to say, thats exactly what I'm doing!

Not true, Firefox requires fn + F5... F5 by itself usually lowers the keyboard light...
