Just a Late 2008 MacBook.
I was planning on buying a Mac Pro, then I saw the price.

As you can see I got pretty nuts with buying Macs for a while. Though I have no plans on another desktop from Apple unless they make a reasonably priced model for under $1000 that is expandable and uses desktop not laptop components. I will keep the G4 indefinitely as it's purpose is to play older games the same is true for the Quadra. I would not mind getting a IIgs and IIe for even older games.

Boy, this is going to age me - and ironic that I was just thinking about this last night. In order, including the ones owned by my parents that I used as a kid:

* Apple IIe (64k business model, with dual 5.25" disk drives and AppleWorks. This is also the computer I taught myself to a: type and b: program BASIC on, and played games like 'Wizardry' and 'Bards Tale'; started out with a big green monitor, and eventually went colour)
* Apple IIc
* Mac Classic (college - eventually, my 14.4 modem was )
* PowerPC 6100/66 (college - I kind of miss )
* 2006/2007 13" Refurbished Macbook (not sure the year - it's at home, and I'm not; it was running Tiger when I got it; it now runs Leopard, and will soon belong to my almost-13-year-old child)
* iPhone 3G
* 2010 15" 2.4GHz Macbook Pro (just bought a week ago) :)

There's also potentially a new iPhone & MacMini in my future, but those wouldn't be until later this year.

I didn't need them all, just wanted to own them because I could. The Mac Pro was especially overkill but The experience of owning it was a good one.

Started with a mac mini when it first went to intel, my first mac. Then it went wild!

1.83 refurb macbook pro
450 mhz powerpc gigabit ethernet
dual 450 powerpc
cube 450
dual 1ghz g4 MDD
733mhz powerpc
15" 2.4 MBP penryn
2.8 octo 2008 MP

ghz numbers may be off, I compromised by buying the mac pro EOL that I would whittle it down to just the MP and the MBP, so I don't have any of them left.

The dual 450 are good computers for browsing the internet and basic stuff. I had 1.5 gigs in mine and it was great. Was trying to set up a home server, but ended up moving.

Let's see here...

My parents bought a Mac Clone awhile back I think in 1996 and it is still in my closet and it works... Haven't used it in 2 or 3 years but it's pretty awesome.

I bought an iMac G3 "Trayloader" in lime green 5 years ago for $30. Still have it and use it occasionally to play old Mac games.

My family owns the last generation iMac G5 20" with the iSight camera. It is as fully loaded as it gets.

I bought a first generation Black MacBook the day they came out. It was a beautiful laptop, but had problem after problem. I eventually got it replaced by a penryn MacBook Pro for free from Apple.

I definitely must say my favorite Mac out of all of them has to be the iMac G3, but the most functional is the MacBook Pro. The BlackBook was the sexiest, however.

I was given the following

1. SE /30 - Running System 7.5
2. Quadra 605 - Running System 7.6.1
3. LC II - HDD failed, took PSU out for the quadra as that failed
4. I did have a couple of laserwriters

I Purchased

1. First gen Mac Mini (2005 ) My dad now uses this
2. First gen Macbook (Black 2006 )
3. Macbook Pro (late 2008) - My Main Mac / Work System
4. Powerbook G4 12 inch 2008

Various Other Mac things

1. Iphone 3gs
2. iPod Touch First gen ( came free with my MBP )
3. iPod Classic 20GB
4. iPod Shuffle ( for mum )
5. iSkin Covers
6. Magic Mouse / Keyboard ( USB and bluetooth)
7. Apple TV 160GB Model
8. Time Capsule 1 TB ( Died - capacitors failed HDD is ok )
9. My Airport Base station 54MBPS ( Dome shaped one )
10. iPad 32 GB WiFi
