Remember, you have to reboot after the install.
Wouldn't hurt to reinstall Cydia Substrate either.

Great. Still works, speeds are mega cruddy though, sure that has nothing to do with Tetherme though. Saves me 30 bucks a month for something I use a handful of times, but when I don't have it, is when I need it. :/

It all installs perfectly but it's as if the tweak isn't doing anything.
Mine worked.
I've tried everything I'm thinking it's the carrier update verizon released with iOS 8.3.

What carrier version are you on?
I updated my carrier with iTunes when I went back to 8.3 for the jail break
Taig 2.1 needed.
Tetherme and dependency installed.
Reinstall cydia substrate
Reboot.
If this doesn't work then verizon has some thing wonky going on with your plan.
I have Unlimited data with verizon.

Tetherme and Network-cmds are separate packages.
Go to the installed packages list like the one in the pic.
Make sure you are turning on the hotspot in the Tetherme settings and have settings look like this.
Reinstalled everything and the tether me options showed up. Enabled the hot spot in there and all was smooth sailing. Thanks for helping!
