I keep my phones for about Four years. Usually the newer iterations have features that would be nice to have, but so far I haven’t heard any features that will leave me feeling deprived.

oled screen... otherwise I was still rocking my 6s plus.... I also started liking having the smaller size screen... not sure why, but yeah....

For the first time, I’m really satisfied with the model I have (XS Max) and have a realistic take on how I use it regularly. My camera is just fine and takes amazing pictures, the screen is crisp and it’s not sluggish at all for how I use it. I’m on Apple upgrade program and will continue to make my payments via Apple Card and get 3% cash back. In 2020 there will surely be some new features announce, maybe even a significant redesign (not holding my breath) but I’m looking towards 2021 when that feature will have matured.

Should get from home just in time for this. I’m trying to do the rest of the month sober so it’ll be interesting not being plastered half way through the keynote.

Not looking forward to it. :(

Innovate my ass! I want an SE2! Not gonna buy one of those ugly phablets! So sad! Bunch of losers in this era of Bozos!

Why can't they just issue a press release with the new updated products 2 hours plus of fake cheering spending to much time going through how you need to get rid of last years device as your life would not be with living without the latest gadget even though half of what it dose you don't need

I wouldn't see why anybody with a Max would jump on this. But imagine if you will those of us that have been on the same style phone sense the 6 Plus was launched. I am on an 8 plus but have went through the same exact style of the phone for all that time plus waiting out the past two years. This is the year for people like me.

Fingers crossed for a TouchID-only, low-cost iPhone SE2 with a normal-sized display. My iPhone 4 is getting old.

See those wooden spoons? They look so nice!

Are they really wooden/bamboo spoons, though? They seem way too big/thick for regular spoons.
I think they look a lot like some of the edible spoons I've seen on YouTube.

Apple's "By innovation only" event at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park begins at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, with Apple expected to show off new iPhone and Apple Watch models.

We should also be hearing about final details and release dates for Apple's upcoming software updates, including iOS and iPadOS 13, macOS Catalina, watchOS 6, and tvOS 13. Apple's services such as Apple Arcade and Apple TV+ are another likely topic for discussion, and we could see additional hardware announcements such as a 10.2-inch iPad, Apple's rumored Tile-like item tracker and an updated Apple TV.

Apple is providing a live video stream on its website, via the Apple Events app on Apple TV, on Twitter, and for the first time, on YouTube.

In addition to Apple's video stream, we will be updating this article with live blog coverage--no need to refresh--and issuing Twitter updates through our @MacRumorsLive account as the keynote unfolds.

Highlights from the event and separate news stories regarding today's announcements will go out through our @MacRumors account.
