Ok the MLB app since pretty cool. I'm not into baseball but I would probably like this if I were.

The issue with this presentation is that Tim's words fall flat. The Apple TV is really NOT innovating the TV space. All of these things exist. Maybe in a different "package" or presentation. But I haven't seen much here that really "cracks" TV.

No XBMC/Kodi... I am sticking to FireTV..
It could come in the future with Apple actually releasing an official SDK for apps on the Apple TV. Whether Apple will officially allow Kodi in their app store is another question. They may not allow it just like Amazon have done.

I can shop on my TV? Are they kidding? This is retarded. I don't understand why they are showing this crap.

I just want the apps so that I can finally play all the videos from iphoto on my apple tv. Someone will make an app for that. The rest is just weirdness. I have a PS3. Does the job.
It's not about what you just want. I can think of some people who would love this shopping stuff.

Oh no doubt. Make sense though. I thought it was odd at Microsoft Build that almost none of the Microsoft executives on stage were wearing the Microsoft Band.

Not the same. Ones a sports band.

They should've put the A9X in the Apple TV and demonstrated a console-quality game. Even if they had to increase the price $50, the performance would be worth it.

(Assuming they didn't since they didn't mention the A9X.)

Also have not witnessed a way to get to my iTunes library on my computer... Everything looks like it is driven from the store/cloud.
