It does seem pretty good. I had a panorama app for my Nokia N95, but this seems like an improvement on that (better processing and correction of imperfections).

It is not. It's a little thicker. Google decided to go with larger battery which IMHO is a much better solution.

Some of us like to take good quality photos on the fly without needing to carry two devices. And as camera tech improves, the need for two will diminish.

You know just because you carry around a DSLR and take photos of your haf-caf mocha latte at Starbucks doesn't make you any more of a photographer than us regular folk.
