So now the pound is 1:1 with the dollar,
£999 and £1149 - ripoff and apple care is £199. Great Tim just upped it , what a joke
They should've just presented the iPhone X and left out the other crap. Drop the iPhone 8 altogether because most will not pay the premium over the 7 or 6S when there's little gain. As for the iPhone X, it's the first iPhone since the 4S that I'd consider buying again but they need to add a software option to blacken the screen at the top to mask the ugly notch and lower the price because it's not worth more than the Galaxy Note 8.
am I alone if feeling completely un-impressed with the newest offerings. Sure the face recognition is cool but the 10 display is ugly with the black bar on top. and the cost makes it so...
I may get an 8 cause my 6 is done but then again I may just get an SE cause I love music and without an RCA jack...
It isn't 1:1. 1 USD = 0.75 GBP
Everything?Did you watch the same keynote as us? Other than a larger display with minimal bezels, what's better about this over the iPhone 8? Or even 7?
Is there a single feature the iPhone X has that is new. Anything? Anyone?
£1149 for decent storage options. 64GB isn't enough for me or most people who would go for a top end device like that. This will be my first year not buying the new iPhone on release. I love what we saw of the X minus FaceID which I'm very cynical of. But I can't justify the price. Doesn't help that I cracked my 7 Plus screen so it's re-sale value is rubbish. I think I'll just be investing in a new screen for my 7 Plus this year! From £999 for iPhone X in the UK...can't see it selling well at that price point.
Fake prices. This is fake news...fake event!
All I wanted was a new Mac Mini ;-)
