Seriously, I understand an applause but "woo woo" needs to stop.

Apple PR is so good. Start off with a controversial statement about privacy, then segue to the great things Apple does for the environment and healthcare, all in lieu of product placement. I know most people won't care, but environment + health are two cornerstones of liberal values. Thought both these demos were great.

I know most won't give a crap about it and will still stomp their feet for a Mac mini tower. But this is really fantastic stuff, IMO.

I mean, I understand the environment and this research kit thing are important, but it's getting boring after 20 minutes.

hehe.... good culture

Toss it away, buy the next gadget... then cycles repeats

If they are recycling most of the resources and the only real cost is energy which is 100% renewable, it's really not such a bad thing. But that's a pretty big if, I still suspect most of the old phone goes to a landfill.

Oh. I get it now. These presentations are part of the 9.3 update. It's a feature called "Insta-Sleep." Just flip it on at night and you'll be snoring before your head hits the pillow.

MacRumors groupthink have spoken. Enviornmental and health and privacy issues are lame. Just give us a phone with a bigger battery and no attenna lines.

i just think its rather random its like going to a keynote about travelling the world and all u get is insurance companies talking about their world wide health plans

I think they got the scripts confused. This one is for the upcoming congressional review panel in front of the senate (or maybe the supreme court appeal).
