I still think Macs are better than PCs, but it feels like it could be so much better...

just depends what you want out of a computer. i want reliability, build quality, constant access to face to face support, and something that's not hideous. PCs are often geared toward people who simply want the most power for the lowest price, and if that suits them then that's fine i guess.
