Kinda lame they require MacOS or iOS to show the live coverage... not all of us are graced with a Mac at work Apple.

I agree...long ago before they stopped broadcasting keynotes on the internet - you just needed to have Quicktime and you were good.

I remember seeing something, but not sure where, about habits off successful people and it mentioned that typically successful productive people tend to only sleep 4-5 hours a night, with a short 20-30minute nap in the middle of the day.

There was an article here a few days ago that talked about his Apple Watch habits, and it gave a glimpse to his sleep schedule. I don't remember if that was the point of the article, but that's what stood out to me, lol.

It mentioned a normal 4-430am wake up time to catch up on email, and mentally prepare for what's in store for the day. Then at around 530-6 he works out. Then he heads to the office. He also mentioned not being able to watch a lot of night time shows live because he sleeps at around 930-1030.

Those times are just rough estimates from what I remember in the article.

That's my normal schedule and I'm not a CEO. I'm a husband/teacher/coach with 2 kids. I'm not impressed.
