I'm running the ATV black jailbroken, so maybe this is blocking it being updated. Have rebooted and opened a few apps and no new icon.

Maybe I'll have to Airplay from iPad :eek:
 
I want a retina MacBook Air and an iMac with fusion drive standard or with a 1TB SSD that only costs $500 max. ;-)

Since that ain't happening at this event, I'm not getting excited.

Not at all. A GS4 cost just as much as a 5s does when it was released. Samsung wants everyone.

But this is Apple's day and folks that just want to get Mavericks are a key part of the team whether they need to buy something right now or not. JMHO...
 
So excited just wish they could get it all into an hour so I could watch it all on my lunch break. There's usually far less than an hour of content I actually care about.

Don't waste time patting yourselves on the back just give me products!

Rewind or Pause live stream announcement?

This will be my first "live" stream apple announcement! :)

Does anyone know if its possible to pause or rewind during the live streaming? I guess I can find out shortly but just wanted to ask if anyone has had experience with this in the past.

Mostly excited for Retina iPad mini! Also hoping we get a Mavericks release today, if not this week some time! I'm interested to see what they've done with the big iPad though too and see if we get some new interesting covers.

Given that this broadcast is primarily to promote new products, It's a crazy move in my opinion for Apple to restrict the broadcast to owners of existing Apple-products only!

Anyway, thanks for the tip! - Yep, it's available on Ustream for non iOS/OSX/Apple TV users. :)
 
Ate lunch early so I can use my lunch break for "research".

Still undecided if I actually need an iPad 5 but I think I want one. Hopefully Apple announces some ipad specific improvements to iOS7 too.
 
I was thinking about getting the mini, but I think I'll trade in my iPad 2. Gazelle is offering me $195 for it, so I'll only have to pay an extra $305. Yep, I think I'll do that.
