I was definitely hoping it would be a millimeter thinner than it is ... pretty ridiculous to be in 2014 and have an unwieldy beast to lug around all day.

Why didn't they get the message that consumers just want the absolute thinnest tablet possible. At every expense. THINNER!

Might be, but the ISP is just as important and this one relies on A8, so you can't really compare it to an iPhone 5.
