The AirPods at $159 are close to the price I suspected, which was $149. Seems that report was wrong about it being more than Beats. I didn't think that made any sense. I just hope they stay in my larger ear canals without falling out.

Headphone jacks are FAR from obsolete. There is a reason that the 3.5" jack has survived since THE 80's!!! Those Airbuds are going get lost 4 times a day, and not be charged when you want them... but... BEATS !!! Apple cares more about Dre than it's customers. Apple has now fixed another things that was not broken. That's not innovation, it's money grubbing. The winner here is clear... Beats and Samsung.
