Ouch... So I just saw a presentation that said we just used a space that should be for introducing totally new products to launch a fairly small update if you don't include the beautiful exterior (minus the Android looking camera). I'm thinking the days of watching these presentations and thinking wow I need that is over. Apple will still get around 1k from me (well att) in a couple of days but slight let down today except for the size of the screen. I did giggle when they posted the Silicon cases... Here is this beautiful phone now cover it with something that should cost $2.
Many retailers already have it. It's just NFC payments and it's been on android for years. This isn't apple technology.
Poor Streaming in Europe

I'm in Malta (EU) right now, but apparently my friends in some parts of Germany, Holland & Greece are experiencing the same. The first time I've experienced such major hiccups in an apple live event for quite a time.

The woman going through her purse was the worse case scenario and it is usually old ladies...
And I'm not saying that Apple Pay is bad, but for me, it's as fast with paypass or paywave...
I'd love it if during the presentation, they said: 'featuring the A8, now with the NSA spying co-processor'.
This part isn't really an issue for me because I was perfectly happy with a screen size under 4".
Pay. Apple's foray into getting into the interchange fee markt since pulling out a plastic card is far too much of a cumbersome effort.
Funny, after the quality of the stream, I don't feel confident in Apple engineers to keep credit card info secure.
OTOH, if people are too lazy to pull out their phone to check a text message, this product might be a hit...only if the iWatch lets them pay.

Well I will not throw my wallet out yet until all stores have a device working with ApplePay.

...the Apple fanatics that hated on NFC (and devices that use NFC)...I wonder where they all are now?
And for the apologists that will say "But Apple's NFC implementation is better.", no one doubted that Apple would improve on it. I'm referring to the iSheeple that attacked NFC over iBeacon and claimed "no one ever uses NFC, why would Apple use an out-dated, poorly adopted technology".
