I won't be getting the Apple Watch it appears, no this iteration anyway. No way it's going to take the place of one of my mechanical Swiss watches. If they had gone more toward a bracelet, maybe. But no, this is to be worn as your watch, and I'm definitely not in that market. iPhone 6 shall be enough for me!

True. There's always naysayers like some above. They're just trolling, nothing more. Of all smart watches, at least this's the best one with all apps integrated, functionality and refinement.
What I concern is price. Will it be too expensive or just affordable. I think it's: $299, $349 and $399 for Watch, Sport Watch and Edition Watch.

Adding specs isn't "innovation". Apple users wanted all those things, but in a device that works with everything else they own. It's about the ecosystem. And that requires control over the OS. Samsung and Sony have nothing to do with the OS.

The Watch looks like such a waste. Yes, Apple, monitor my heartbeat and give me fitness goals based on where I go or how many steps I walk up.

That's why there's the iPhone, and why there's a world outside the screens that encompass your iLife.

Thing is - for a company that is all about form and function, they've designed a fashion watch that's loaded with health features... Can you picture many athletes sporting this lump of metal on their arm? I think they found a point then designed something to miss it by miles.

I was sold on the 360 until arstechnica essentially said it was a POS internally. Shame. Moto had to do an apple.

iWatch is essentially a Galaxy Gear in nicer packaging. Wow, you scroll on the side to zoom in? Projectors have done that for 50 years.

Absolute POS. Lost a lot of love for Apple today.

The watch isnt ugly like I thought it would be, thought it looks pretty nice. The cluster of apps for some old eyes like mine would be a no no though. I wouldnt buy it but it doesnt look ugly.
