Looks like even the British guys can't get the stream in Safari. This really is only accessible by AppleTV.

Nope... Am in India... Watching it on my macbook... I normally use chrome so thats where I tried first... It still says "Available shortly"... Took a chance with Safari... And voila...!

Try on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV. They all worked for me but I got the same image as you on my computer.
