Long press on button for SOS??? I foresee an explosion in pocket/accident calls to emergency number!
Pocket accidents from a watch?
You never put your hand in your pocket or other such places when wearing watch? Perhaps under a pillow would be more common.

Why I have finally taken off the Apple Watch for the last time

But the saving grace for Apple is that the broader problem isn’t the company’s fault. It’s that smartwatches are a solution in search of a problem. A technology created, not to serve consumer demand, but to serve the need of device manufacturers to fill the revenue hole created by declining smartphone growth. You don’t need one, and neither do I. It just took me nine months of wearing it to realise.

How long until Tim Cook realizes it?
Nobody needs a smartwatch.

Some good stuff in watchOS 3 but surely Apple should be doing things developers can't ... not developing a 'Breathe' app? As a 32 year old, I reckon I've gotten pretty good at breathing by now.

Just exactly how often do you accidentally bring up the power off screen (which is where the new SOS will be)? For me, it's literally never.

A Breathing App... Hmmm...
Anyone else forget to breath during the day?

Kidding of course..

Regarding the long press for SOS being a problem... Are the people on here really that stupid? It's exactly the same as how to currently turn the watch off.... it simply has a call emergency services button under the current meant which allows you to turn off the watch. How many people accidentally turned off their watch on WatchOS2?

Unfortunately the breathe app won't help those they hyperventilate over whether or not they should buy the apple watch or what version or band...

No macbook Pro confirmed, they made an app especially for the Macbook Pro "Waiting for skylake" thread! Just Breathe(TM)
