iOS 10 supports all IOS 9 devices but 4s and iPad 2,

does that include iPad mini gen 1 as well since its a shrunk iPad 2?
Dont care because mine will stay on 7.1.1 jailbroken (got as a handmedown to complement my 12.9) but curious
