Oh please. Stickers is such a developer thing.
What we got for developers is *still* more HomeKit things that only few people develop with, addition to Maps (playing catch up with Google), and Siri (playing catch up with Cortana), and iMessage store (playing catch up with FB Messenger).
That is not a developer conference. A developer conference is meant to show new possibilites and introduce new ways to code, it's not meant to say "we have 3 new APIs and look, a kid playground to learn our language".
It's clearly aimed for everyone with a slight focus on technical things.

More like I'm going to drown in a case of Sierra Nevada tonight to forget about this crap.
I have seen every single broadcast Apple Event since I bought a Mac in 2000, and that is the worst Apple event I've ever seen.
Stuff like that always make me think, why does Apple not present such features in their keynotes but let them slip away and people find out about it later?
Did Tim just refer to iOS 10 at the "Mother of all releases?" Well, I guess that about sums up this extremely disappointing keynote. I want my 2 hours back...

So I guess people are popping a blood vessel because there was no new hardware today? Even though software is where Apple needs to make the most improvements. If people would take off their stupid hardware blinders for a minute the software announcements were very good. I wish I could install iOS 10 on my devices today.
