As long as Apple is still making and selling the Mac mini, it isn't dead. And there are plenty of reasons to want a new one.

For sure. All the new bands, animojis, emojis, and software updates are perfectly fine, but to REALLY use them with Xcode, you need a current Mac. My 16GB 2012 isn't cutting it, but I don't need an iMac or an old macPro. A MBP with 32-128GB memory, 4TB SSD. Or a mini or something similar with those options.

(And I like the group FaceTime....it is long overdue)
