Hi

I am so angry, spent £2000 on the new MacBook Pro, all I'm getting is issues, even after speaking to Apple and them saying it's all ok.

The 10.12.2 update has made things even worse.

Graphic problems, Touchbar problems, Sound issues and 3 hour battery life.

Definitely return it.

I'm grateful I'm not seeing those problems on my 15 inch, but I am seeing way too many crashes.

~ 1 crash /day. Very surprising to me based on expectations/marketing of " it just works "

The Microsoft Windows ThinkPad that I'm coming from is completely stable in comparison.

However I really love the low weight in comparison and the quality of the screen and touchpad.

I doubt Apple support said that was ok unless in the UK things are very different than in the US.

Order a new unit and return this unit. Or pick one up when you return it.

Many people, including myself, are having zero issues.
