Location Services keeps turning off

For some reason, my Location Services keeps turning itself off. I cannot figure out why. Every time I travel to a new time zone, I notice the time doesn't change. I go into Privacy settings - Location Services, and it is off again. I have to adjust the time every time manually.

Any idea what the issue is or how to fix it?

It's a Ventura problem that Apple needs to fix. A shutdown or restart turns off Location Services on my M1 Max.

So this is still happening for me even with the updates we've had..... so I'm guessing Apple hasn't actually tried fixing this. I have this on bothe my mini M2 and my MBA M1.

I have other settings that don't stick as well. It's a pain in the neck

BTW I reported several bugs to Apple using Feedback assistant : others have reported the same issues but
Feedback assistant keeps saying there are no Recent similar reports

One of my reports goes back to 2020 when Safari was missing all URLs icons and the icons were blank
Well, still No Recent similar reports and the Resolution is still Open
It has been fixed, we all know it..so or Feedback assistant is buggy too or it is
USELESS ...

I would not attach too much importance to this particular part of Feedback Assistant.
