LockInfo is 3.0 Ready.

okay, i'm lost. I installed lockinfo. Now how do I go about getting all that stuff to the lockscreen itself? Do I have to get a theme that displays all the info or something?

Sorry for the lame questions, I just JB'd a couple days ago and have been been googling for the answer and couldn't find it. Hopefully you guys can guide me the way.

Lockinfo w/ gruppled is working with supreme pref 1.0 for 3.0, fyi. Just uninstall 20sec lock and 5 in dock before you install / update supreme prefs.

Both of these options can be found in supreme prefs.

I just got done changing font sizes and font colors (not bar colors) using Structure & Style.css forms and very little of it is easy to determine which part of the theme it impacts. Only a couple descriptions are easy like "timestamp".

Mostly used trial and error, so it took a long time.

I just wanted to say thanks for all the help you guys provided in this thread. I never had a REAL reason to jailbreak, until now. For now, I settled with downloading a pre made config.js file and just changing the zip code and it looks amazing. Thanks a lot! :)

-) do I need winterboard for this?
-) is it possible to change the strings like "missed calls" to something different (to translate it into an other language)?

I think (I have seen lockscreen themes in French) that the lockscreen captions will pick up the global language settings (English, French, Spanish)

Can anyone tell me if LockInfo lets you read (entire) emails on the lockscreen like Intelliscreen does? That's the only reason I haven't switched, I'm addicted to the quickview screen.

i uninstalled 20 sec lock and 5 icon dock and tried to install supreme prefs but i get a note saying "The requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found or fixed".

i got the same note when trying to install supreme gruppled.

any ideas?

i'm with a 3gs on 3.0, btw.

oh and the only version i'm seeing of supreme prefs in cydia is version 2.3. the gruppled supreme is 1.0, but that doesn't seem to be what i'm looking for.
 
is anyone having a issue w/ Lockinfo where your status bar goes blank? after unlocking. The problem is random, but very annoying.

If your PUSH notifications are working, use this.... GRIP

Just Google for the dl site.

Allows you to read and delete emails on lockscreen.

Working great for me.
 
Thanks Guys , Mine's not as fancy as others but I like it... this thread was a big help to getting the theme set up, I'd never manually set up anyhting like this.
So if your having trouble keep reading all the help is here you need in this thread...

This is mine so far, might have to change the backround like the otheres too !!

Perhaps try installing via Icy. You can view the dependencies, so you'll know what you need.

As for SP3, it looks like it may have been yanked yesterday. Over at Macthemes the author was being brutalized for employing a hack to make it work. Some users were have issues, some weren't.

After reading some posts on this site, I'm glad I didn't figure out how to install systemprefs.

Some people are having serious issues with it...
