Sorry to be a pest but I really don't want to pay $4 for something I'm going to use once.

I tried going in and finding where it goes myself. I also tried editing the Preferences.plist file but that landed me with no options at all requiring a reinstall so I must ask...

Where do I put this if I want to SSH it in?

Is it a .deb file? If so, do this, it's what I do and it's simple:

How to Install (Method 2) :

SSH your iPhone and go to /var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall Copy the .deb file there and then just reboot your device. If Autoinstall folder is not in /var/root/Media/Cydia then you can create yourself

Anyone else having this problem with LockInfo v2.0.0.-1?

I found when upgrading from LockInfo v2.0.0 to v2.0.0-1, on my Lockscreen, the "spinning wheel" and "Loading" never go away.

I've "re-sprung" and "re-booted" but it just keeps "Loading".

I sent the dev an email and he is usually extremely fast to fix things but I was just wondering if anyone else ran into this.

Later...

so i added the new repo and installed 2.0.0-1. It says i have it installed on cydia, but nothing has changed on my lockscreen. I don't have to option to read or delete my emails, etc. what am i doing wrong??

Have you gone into settings and configured the "Mail" plugin?

You don't have to pay for iFile. You can still download it without paying and you get a Trial Version, which still does a lot and is plenty good enough. I only use the Trial Version as well.

A lot of people are posting the same thing over at Macthemes so I'm sure he's on it.

EDIT: New update already out fixing this. Final 2.0 release VERY soon. :D

How do i get the icons and forcast for the rest of the week? All i have for weather is the current weather conditions. I have the weathericon theme and weathericon plug in installed.

Look a few posts back at a screen shot of my weather on my Lock Screen. If you like it, this is exactly how I did it.

Click here and read funkyspider's post.

Click on the link in his post for the weather icons and follow his instructions.

ok this is what im getting. Lefty, i tried that method, but still had no luck..

It looks like WeatherIcon is installed and working and the Weather plugin is showing the current temp on your lock screen. My guess is you either have the files ssh'd to the wrong directory or you did not include the .plist file (com.ashman.WeatherIcon.plist) with the weatherXXX.png files you copied over.

I followed funkyspider's instructions to the letter and its' been working ever since. All I can say is, check and then re-check. There should be approx. 63files that get SSH'd into /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app.

Good luck...

Hello,
I have the gruppled theme, with lockinfo. I haven't installed the latest version of lockinfo. I went to cydia, under changes and it isn't showing up. I wondered, I am using the gruppled HTML theme, does anyone know if the new lockinfo would work with the gruppled theme?

Yeah, it works fine. I upgraded last night after being afraid of the same thing.

First try going into Settings>LockInfo>Plugins>Weather and then making sure Hide Description is on False.

Then do you see the description "Sunny", "Cloudy" or whatever by the refresh button?

Also, are you using an HTML theme? If you are, see if it works with your themes turned off.

Now i see the description next to the refresh. I also have no weather themes installed on winterboard. I took those off trying to see if any of that would help. The only themes i have is the groupled art theme and tea loackbackgroud selected

Well, that's really strange... If you have Syslogd installed send that to the dev with an explanation of what's up. If not, install syslogd from Cydia and then let it run for a bit. Hit refresh once or something to make sure it tries to update, then send the syslog to the dev.

When syslogd is installed you'll find the actual log in /var/log/syslog I believe. This file will continue to grow so I just delete it every so often unless I have issues that I'm trying to captuer in it.
