Is it possible to make the background change with the day like the other theme wedapanel?

How to change the background? I'm stuck with the black one...

This is what i did:

1) Delete the 'background.png' file in the 'private' folder

2) Put in the wallpaper i wanted into 'private' folder, with a name other than 'background' (eg niceone.png)

3) open up the Lockbackground.html with notepad

4) Changed where it says "background-image: url(Private/colourful.png)" to background-image: url(Private/niceone.png)

5) SSH the whole theme folder into Library/themes in iphone

6) Activate in Winterboard

Not sure if this was what other people did to change the background, but simply replacing the 'background' file with another file named 'background' left it black.

Hope it helps!

or u could just rename your new lockscreen background to Background.png and put it in the private folder and you wont have to play around with the .html file at all

Thats what i did first but the background wouldn't change!
No idea why...so i started to fiddle around with it and got it working doing what i wrote above.

Lots of people seem to be having problems with the background not changing

After a little bit of fiddling, managed to get the 24hr clock on top with and without invisible slider.

Could someone tell me how would i go about using this lockscreen with another theme that changes the icons?

Just wanted to say these themes look great.

The background wallpapers with the bright sun, raindrops, etc. gave me an idea. What would be insanely cool is if you could have wallpapers for sun, wind, heat, etc. in a folder that would automatically change based on the temperature and weather forecast. THAT would be really cool but I don't know that its technically possible (yet).

@Gripzel: thanks a lot.

it would be cool to automatically change the background depending on the month.

#1 If you're having trouble moving the actual location of LockInfo, then you need to make sure that you've gone into Settings>LockInfo>Lockscreen>Layout, and drag the position slider all the way to the right.

#2 I've had some trouble with creating a tap to unlock, and then using LockInfo's 'Hide Lock Slider' option, because it always reverts it back to an invisible slide to unlock slider. If you're looking to use my theme and have an invisible TTU, then I created this for ya, which should be all set to go, no other themes required: Download Here: LockMS-InvisiTTU.theme.zip

Let me know if that helps!

Can you post the invisible TTU theme but wiht all the elements on top? This one is great but moved everything to the bottom. Thanks!!!

check page three or four, I think those are already posted

I just went back and looked. They have a clear slider one that i quoted earlier but the time/date elements are at the bottom of the lock screen. I'm looking for one with a clear/invisible slider with the elemnts on the top of the lockscreen.

PS Thanks for everyone work, especially the OP and everyone sharing background images. :)

It's a Winterboard theme for the iPhone 4. Download the zip, drop the LockMS.theme file into /private/var/stash/Themes on your iPhone via SSH, and apply through Winterboard.

GREAT theme. question, for the users that are running the top part theme with no lockinfo and slide to unlock, is it possible to re add the "unlock" words?

How do you make the day fit into the screen, like Wednesday... the Y is off the screen. Also would be nice to squeeze the time into the screen.

if you read the thread you'll find the answer.

i actually prefer the off the screen look. it works with the theme imo.
