Logic board for G5 Quad

Hi All,

I'm buying a G5 quad with a fried logic board ( leaking calling system ).
Does anyone know where I can order a working logic board for this?

Keep an eye out on eBay but in my experience you won't be saving much, if anything, over buying the whole shebang since sellers tend to factor in the time and effort taken to dismantle and test boards. In fact, Logic Boards often go for several times the cost of their respective Power Macs.

You might try to find another Quad with broken CPUs or a severely damaged case and try to extract the Logic Board from that and hope that it still works.

I have a Quad with a dead LCS sitting in my garage. You can have it if you want it. It POSTs, so that's something.

I'm in Houston, BTW.

23kg from Houston to Lisbon is $529.79.

It would probably be cheaper to buy a plane ticket to the U.S. and make it a holiday

I was able to find a working quad from which i'm typing this right now
The LCS looks in great shape
