I might be interested in just buying the back case with the stand. Wonder if they will sell it seperatly at some point?
Thinner bezels coming on GEN 3 with an AMOLED 13.9 screenI'm kind of confused though after yesterday's keynote. I'm not really sure as to what's been updated on the 12.9 inch iPad Pro. I have the Logitech keyboard for the now "old" iPad Pro but if I'm looking to upgrade is it really worth it? The case I can see. It's not like the 12.9 has slimmer bezels in which something I was hoping for. Would love for someone to pinpoint the key differences between the two since obviously I can't see them.
UM, NO!I might be interested in just buying the back case with the stand. Wonder if they will sell it seperatly at some point?
UM, NO!
Not missing. The only thing missing now is the full MacOS on the iPad.
Apple has bastardized the word 'Pro' on all their products that it's lost its meaning essentially..now 3rd party accessory makers are following this trend. A 'Pro' device use to mean something like substantial computing power and memory gain (especially when compared to what was available to the average consumer) to handle heavy or more demanding computing tasks.
Input accessories like keyboard and the pencil do not make a device Pro! They are additional accessories to a mobile multitouch device each designed to handle specific tasks easier. Does this make it 'Pro'? Absolutely Not!
Personal Computing started with the keyboard and mouse...other pointer devices came along as well. They were the only forms of entry before touchscreens came along...so NO! Just because you want to use your multi-touch device like a traditional computer doesnt make it Pro!
The multitasking features that is coming to iOS 11 is going to be available to most of Apple's mobile products. They are also things that have been around, some rethought to accommodate the primary mode of entry for these mobile devices i.e Touch.
This is becoming obnoxious and stupid.
I should point out, watching the ad got me really pissed off
UM, YES! But thanks for your reply. Lol

Thinking the same. I want a case that covers the back only, with no keyboard and with a Kickstand, like the one from this Logitech or the one built-in on the MS Surface Pro. I don't mind not having the keyboard!
Um, thanks Logitech but I'm gonna do my procreate-ing off my iPad
I was actually trying to figure out if you can fold the keyboard all the way back while attached too. It seems like you can't and just have to detach it.
After using it a bit, the keyboard connection seems very sensitive. If I open the keyboard from cover mode and start to try and type, it doesn't do anything. I have to dicconect and reconnect the keyboard and then it works fine. This is my first Smart Keyboard for the iPad Pro, so I'm not sure if that's just an issue with how the keyboards are? Or if it's just this model keyboard. I've only had it for a day and it's already getting annoying.
Yes I see, that keyboard part adds a ton of thickness to it. Basically this turns it into a fairly thick laptop, sigh.Over an inch thick, wow.
