I had the Zagg for my 3. I returned it in favor of the ClamCase. I think the Zagg key board is much better than the Clam. My main issue was not being able to use the ipad in tablet mode in the Zagg as you can in the Clam. Oh, you can use the Zagg, in tablet, it is really "floppy" though.

Both keyboards are quick, and both cases offer decent protection.
 
I have both the Zaggfolio and the Clam type case for iPad2 but I gave my iPad to my mother and kept the cases for my iPad3. Both of the cases work just as well.
 
Logitech iPad Keyboard

I suppose it depends on the size of your hands, and the position you hold them when typing. I don't use the keyboard every day, but I always take it with when travelling, and I really like how compact the Logitech case is I am typing with it on my lap right now, so my wrists don't touch it, but the edges would be uncomfortable to lean on.
