I found a solution for my setup: The mouse had a lot of short lacks like it would loose connection several times. Interestingly the problem never appeared with the keyboard. One thing I found out was, that problems increased when iPhone placed near the mouse with bluetooth activated. After not finding a solution I decided to un-connect the mouse from bluetooth and pair it with the logitech dongle. I placed the USB dongle on the arm of my desk light and so it is quite near above the mouse. Immediately the problems disappeared and never came back for almost 4 weeks now. Highly recommend doing this.

I have M1 Air MB and I will get MX master 3, should I get "for mac" version or there is no difference !
You will receive a USB-C to USB-C charging cable for the Mac version, and you will be able to use it only with Bluetooth, despite the fact that the regular version includes a USB receiver. However, in comparison to the regular version, I believe it is more compatible and faster with Mac devices and its what they say in their website.

I had this with the master 3s so I disconnected from bluetooth and used the BOLT receiver. didnt happen again. no need to move the receiver. my receiver is right next to iPhone when its charging wiht MagSafe. also using teh MX mechanical keyboard. the reason to disconnect form bluetooth is cause of interference. I had 5 of these devices connected to bluetooth and when I connected my Sony headphones, the sounds skipped in and out until I disconnected the Magic Trackpad. seems if you connect 5 bluetooth devices to one MacBook, it all interferes so now I just use the dongle adapter for my PC and my MacBook. have it connected ot my Studio display.

High-precision tracking and seamless device switching are features of Logitech's MX Master 3 for Mac that make it incredibly simple to use. The Logitech MX Master 3 for Mac is a great option if you're searching for a reliable, ergonomic mouse to use with Apple products.
