I just downloaded the app because of Gillybean's assurances (above) that it would work well over 3G. I do not regret it. Honestly, it's not smooth but it works fast enough, even over 3G. Deep down I hoped it would be as snappy as BTMM, but of course it can't be. It is highly usable and I will make good use of it.

Three things I wish they would add. 1) A shift key that doesn't stay in Cap Lock after one touch. 2) A gesture for expose. 3) The ability to use Cmd+Shift+F4 like on the Mac.

I love the app. I had the app on my i touch. But now since I got the iPad. I love it even more. It's worth every penny.

I didn't like the amout of times it was attempting connections from my iMac. Seems like every 10 minutes I would get a LogMeIn is attepting to connect message, while my iPad wasn't even turned on.
I went to delete the app from my iMac and it required some deep digging to remove all the hidden crap that it installed.
After searching the forums and getting some uninstall tips, I figured I had it licked, until l logged in with a different user, only to get the same message.
LogMein in is attepting to connect.

There is no easy unistall for this program, and I'm not sure why they have all these hidden connections. Just be advised.

Let me know if you all have different results. I'm running a new 27" iMac.
