Making a fool of Apple? Samsung is the one with disappointing sales and lagging stock price. Apple is laughing all the way to the bank. Samsung is in desperation mode now.

But at least they can always count on selling stuff to Apple.

Oh, wait.

Sad but true
6+ and 6 are about 2 yr behind... Barely added NFC... Still crappy camera .. Low res screen... List goes on and on...

Smaller screen but bigger phone on 6+ wtf compare to Note

Why are you on a iphone forum then talking about it? Get the Note or S5 or ****. Oh wait...don't tell me you are actually purchasing these prehistoric devices Apple has just come out with, that makes a lot of sense.

I saw that, I laughed. I don't think Samsung realizes how desperate and upset they come off

That ad is basically them saying the iPhone and Galaxy are the same. They never told me why its so good they gave me fake tweets. Not impressed.

That's not as bad as usual. I expect it'll appeal a lot to Android fans. I'm surprised they just focused on the screen size, but I guess they're really worried about losing on sales of the Note 4.

I'll still never get a Samsung phone, though. All the Android geeks I know dislike their phones - if I ever switched it'd be to HTC or maybe LG.

Samsungs main advantage over Apple was their bigger screens but with the release of the 6 and 6+, Samsung has lost its main advantage and is in deeeeeep trouble. I personally know many people who wanted iPhones but passed due to the small screen. Samsung can make fun of Apple all it wants but they have no idea, what Apple did with the realease of the 6 and 6+. IMO, Samsung is screwed!.

Android fans want to talk about having NFC now but 1.) I've NEVER heard any of my Android friends mention NFC and 2.) I've NEVER seen anyone with Android actually use it.

Those jokes about "welcome to 2012 Apple" falls flat because, Apple is going to do what Android could not. Make NFC a legitimate and practical (and popular) technology.

One of the most common knocks Android users had on Apple was that our screens were too small. Well, that one's over now.

If Samsung and Windows and other competitors focused on creating a better ecosystem/better user experience/better hardware design instead of coming up with snarky commercials, they'd probably be way better off.

Apple never mentions their competitors by name. They don't need to.

Samsung should try to market itself on its own merits, not try to pin itself as the Anti-Apple for "non-conformists."

Samsung will always have a dedicated user base, especially overseas, but you are correct.

Honesty I've had every iPhone since the 3G and after the 5 i moved on to the Galaxy S5 because of the bigger screen. Now that apple has finally catered to us that want bigger phones I'm coming back home. 6+ 128GB on the way

I suspect there will millions like you as well.

Yeah I saw it while watching Redskins vs. Jaguars. I played with the Samsung Note 3 recently. Every phone on display had shockingly terrible burn-in on those beautiful screens. Some had multiple layers of burn-in. The interface was sluggish. I did like some of the features and I like the S-pen concept. Implementation still leaves a little to be desired. I actually used stylus input on mobile devices years and years ago so it didn't seem that exciting to me though I know there's a difference between a stylus and the S-pen.

I'm not sure I can get all that excited about a company that overlooks women and lefties so thoroughly in some of their designs, being a left-handed woman and all. Slapping cute pink covers on some of their phones doesn't make up for excluding women in the design of their watches. I like that Apple put some thought into the whole population and realized one size doesn't fit all for wearable tech.

What they don't realize is Apple is about to really dig into their market share with these phones and their flagship S5 already disappointed in sales this year.

Oh, Samsung realizes it, and it shows in their most recent commercials.

i did the same thing. all i wanted was a bigger screen iPhone and now i think this might actually be my last iPhone for a while unless the 7 is something really crazy

What does "barely added NFC" mean? Did they only install half a chip. Or maybe it's not properly attached?

Also, Apple is knocking it out of the park with the camera by focusing on what matters. I've been hoping and posting that a company would take this approach since the iPhone 3G successor was being discussed.

Anyone see the new commercial by Samsung basically making a fool of apple again about the 6+?

Gotta give it to Samsung they make crap phones but their commercials are great and true

Shows you how worried they are about Apple. You don't see Apple poking fun at their competitors. Apple just keeps cranking out great products and lauding their own features.

Anybody see Samsung's plans for their new HQ? Now THAT is funny! :apple:

Microsoft does it against Apple, Apple used to do it to Microsoft. Directly calling out competition is really common in advertising...

True MS is just as desperate. We must not be watching the same ads becuase i dont see it all the time. Actually MS is the only other one i can think of, others?

I LOVED Nokia's "Don't Fight - Switch" commercials. Especially the one with the brawl erupting at the school play. The end, where the Apple fanboy tears open his shirt to expose the Apple tattoo and screams, "C'MON!!", immediately getting clocked with a folded chair, was pure gold.

I laugh at the people who take these commercials personally.

I had a PC and loved the old 'I'm a Mac, I'm a PC' commercials. They were hilarious.

I have Apple products (still have the PC), but I can still find humor in the Samsung commercials.

May have been before your time but the Pepsi Challenge was big in its heyday. Ordinary Joes blind-tasted two colas and ended up surprised that the one they preferred was Pepsi, not Coke

They're real tweets.

Gotta agree that Samsung is getting pretty pathetic with the ads. I wouldn't mind if it was one or two a year, but they release way too many. I mean they released six of them just after this months event. Six! (Typing this I've realized why they did that many...heh)
