The weird thing that happened with this particular UPS order is that it never actually showed on the website as being left out for delivery. It's simply said that it had arrived at the destination, and fortunately I had the intuition this morning to stick around and wait and see if it would come. Lo and behold, at about 9:40 AM the brown truck drove up to my house. It is a beautiful phone, and well worth the wait for anyone.

Got delivered at 3:30pm today and the phone is awesome. I had the 6+ and it was too big. This one is perfect. I looked it over and the glass is lifted just a little bit on the right side but I have it in a case and I'm not gonna worry about it. I'm gonna enjoy my purchase. I hope everybody gets theirs really soon and no more delays.
Honestly I will say, if I had to do it over again and wait with all the shipping problems I would definitely wait to order when supplies where more readily available

Mines scheduled to arrive today. It left the last point it was at 8 hours ago, and that point is 2 hours away. It doesn't say "Out for Delivery" yet, and there have been no news since it left 8 hours ago. I received an email this morning saying estimated delivery times were 12:30-4:30, it's 2:13 now. I reeeeeaaalllly hope it comes today...

UPS has missed the last 3 delivery dates.....I'm now scheduled for Monday 10/6.

Did you finally get your phone? Just curious because we all seemed to be stuck in the Korea/China snafu of going back and forth

Nope, it never arrived. Have to wait until tomorrow, well, hopefully it will be tomorrow. It makes me mad that it departed and was only 2 hours away. It has been well over 36 hours since it left that city, and UPS hasn't updated or changed anything at all other than the fact that there is no longer a scheduled date or anything. A text was received earlier saying it will be arriving tomorrow though so we will see.
I had the same thing happen. I was given 10/3, but the day it started shipping (9/29) it sat in Shenghai until 10/2. The date was changed from 10/3 to 10/6. By the time it left, "UPS Proactive Response" (I think that's what it is called) came in and assured me that they rescheduled and it will be arriving 10/4. It never came. Now hoping it comes tomorrow.
So UPS said it would be delivered yesterday on sat and it never showed up? Did it say out for delivery or just not showing anything

Pretty much. It said "In Transit" with a departure scan from the mentioned city which is two hours away at 6:52 that morning. I was even given an email saying to expect the package from 12:30PM-4:30PM. It just never showed up.
I received a text this morning that it will be delivered tomorrow, even though it now says "Information Unavailable" for scheduled delivery when tracking the package. Yesterday it said "Scheduled Delivery: 10/04/2014, by End of Day", "Commit Time: End of Day". All of that information was quietly pulled, although it still is mysteriously "In Transit" from that city... Same Departure Scan and everything. Still allegedly ocated in that city as well.
I really hope it comes tomorrow, especially since they have had over 36 HOURS to move a 2 hour kind of distance... Tomorrow will be the third missed date if it doesn't come. It was originally dated for a Friday, 10/03/2014, delivery.
Wow that's crazy. I've had UPS and FEDEX do that to me a couple of times and I must say it is very aggravating to say the least. But if it says by end of day it should come end of day no excuses. I just don't see what the delay would be.

Got it earlier today! I have been messing with it a lot and just now got around to my MacRumors visits haha.
