NY to Montreal via Amtrak and Via Rail
NY to Mt. Tremblant via train and bus
Montreal to Toronto via train
NY to Aruba (part of a cruise)
Warsaw to (at that time) East Berlin via train (my most adventurous trip)

It probably doesn't count as I flew into and out of London but anyway, I rode 3200 miles around Europe on my bicycle.

The longest single day bicycle ride was the STP, 210 miles from Seattle to Portland.

Lots of Amtrak trips in the western US.

Well, I took a bus from San Antonio to Dallas last year.

Took a train from Washington D.C To NYC last year too.

Most of my travelling is done by car or plane.

Boston to Seattle on Amtrak (around 3000 miles). It wasn't bad at all. I'd do it again if i had to.
The longest on a bike was about 40 miles in a single day. It was not a fun at all.... mainly because it was one of the hottest days of the year.

This summer I'm taking the Greyhound to Wyoming.

Milwaukee to Whitefish, Montana on AMTRAK. Over 30 hours. 1500 miles (2400 km).

Brutal.

From Mumbai to Chennai (849 miles) in a 'third class' compartment - packed with people, standing most of the time.. and scorching heat. Think I almost passed out lol.

From Chennai to Kodaikanal by bus (probably 200 miles or so) Scariest bus ride ever! Sigh.. the things I used to do when I was a kid

Locally, 6 Miles roundtrip to the Coldstone, in 115º temperatures.

I took a bus from Jacksonville, FL to Gatlinburg, TN for school once.

CBA to find the exact milage, but I just got off of a bus ride from Palenque to Merida. That was about 2 hours ago and it was 8 hours total. Probably too far.

US Trip by train

Started in Syracuse NY to New City up to Chicago out to Sacramento via Denver. Then up to Seattle, across the top of US back Chicago then back to Syracuse it took about one week. The only night I did not spend in the train was in Seattle. It was a lot of fun and meet a lot of people from all walks of life.

I took the bus from Mexico City to Merida. I think it was almost 24 hours. There were only four people on the bus and I froze the whole way. The driver insisted on having the AC going full blast. I didn't bring enough clothes. It wasn't fun.
