looking at macbook pro retinas, they seem to have alot of problems

What I do know is I spent countless hours watching videos and reading posts before I made the purchase. I was just as confused afterwards as I was before.

I've had my 15" rMBP for two months now, it was an open box Best Buy product. I've had only minor issues with it and it was software related and was addressed in the last OSX update.

Other than that, I have loved the size, weight and speed of the machine. Glad I made the purchase and haven't looked back!

I got a 2.6/16/512 of the first batch (ordered online about two weeks after release), couldn't tell you what screen since I haven't had any issues. I got a single dead pixel that showed up a few weeks after I got it in the middle of the screen but its small enough that it's rarely ever visible. Basically, I'm more than happy with this and I was a very early adopter.
