Don't know how I could be trollin on an Apple rumors site when I was simply stating that both Apples event and Google/Samsungs event were a bit underwhelming. They both had nothing no one didn't see coming already.

Uh, Android caught and passed iOS a little over a year ago.

Please notice how the core features of iOS 5 (new notifications and voice recognition) have been in android for over a year already.

iOS still doesn't have as many features as Android. It probably never will due to the closed ecosystem that Apple prefers.

android doesn't have core midi or the ability to be the best music production tool in the mobile space.. or imaging.. or video..

at the end of the day, both platforms are developed towards a different market. i enjoy the close system that apple offers. i have a powerful platform to do audio production on without worrying about what roms to flash etc. you might enjoy the versatility of tweaking and so forth that android offers.

people got to stop bashing and just start appreciating that competing companies benefits users.

I like to compare stuff by comparing pros and cons. The one with the more pros is the better OS. And Android has the most pros.

you get stevie wonder to start using an android and i'll agree with you.

----------

Android was probably the first OS to have Voice recognition. That's not breakthrough? with ICS, they have Face Unlock. Not breakthrough still?

and apple's not having a breakthrough with siri? as mentioned before, android listens, siri understands. do you understand?

also, an amazing iOS jailbreaking developer had face unlock for quite a while now so it's not exactly the discovery of the wheel. has it been refined? still unlocks with your face. nothing more, nothing less.

Lol I think both android and iOS are great, it just like some people like steak and some people like dim sum, why compare so hard. Like it buy it use it simple

Their highly anticipated event just ended, and it was no more exciting than Apples. A mediocre phone (Galaxy Nexus) with specs no better than the GS2 besides the 720p screen, and the rest of the event focused on software. (Android 4.0) looks like some must needed polish for android and some new features...nothing too exciting. But I'm sure no older phones will see ICS until mid 2012, if at all. I guess next year will be the big year for smartphones...

Wrong. I'm very impressed with Samsung Galaxy Nexus, and not impressed with iPhone 4S.

I think we as consumers are just getting greedy day by day... We want super innovations every year... Which I feel is sometimes not possible...

Is that a fancy way of saying that Android doesn't have a music studio app or a video editing app? :) ICS just got video editing.

Actually, both operating systems are aimed at the same market. I will agree that there are some Android phones that have a difference target demographic than the iPhone... but this is natural since there are probably a dozen different Android models in stores at any given time

Everything I stated is a fact. Draw your own conclusions.

nope. it's just a matter of fact way of saying that the apps quality in iOS is aimed towards the professional spectrum (in the mobile arena) and iOS as a platform provides the best platform for music, design, and video. that's the fact.

ICS may have audio, image editing, and video editing apps. but that's like comparing a porshe with a sedan. both are cars but their performance capacity are very much different.

your replies to mine has been an opinionated assumption.
