The folks at the 1-800-455-4588 number are super friendly and quick. Same story as most of you: website says it's at the sort facility for delivery tomorrow; phone rep said it's on the truck for delivery by 4:30 today.
I didn't want to call the number initially, as some people have also indicated on here, but I'm glad I did. They were REALLY nice. I just asked if I could give her a tracking number, and I had my info in a few seconds.
