Lost all of my albums from iCloud Photos after enabling it on iPhone

Is there any way to recover those albums? (The photos are still in my library I think)
 
I have this problem, my albums have just disappeared on all devices since I just setup a new iPad. I think the photos are still around thankfully. Anyone know a fix to this ?
