Lost all photos after upgrading to iOS 8

Using Macgo Mac iPhone Data Recovery

I upgraded and performed a full iCloud backup prior to doing the upgrade.

After i upgraded all my photos are gone.

Is there a way to sync just the photos back ?

I cannot make a call and lost all my photos after update to iOS 8.
