Everyone on the forums nowadays seems to be the ideal mold for a morally right person nowadays.

It was a suggestion, jeez. calm down. No ****, I have car insurance. Like I said, it isn't the most morally wrong thing when you compare it to a more serious insurance fraud.

AT&T at the mall booth where I first bought iP4s the reps did not ask if I need an insurance or even not bother to ask me. After I lost it I went to main AT&T store and bought an iP4 she asked if I need an insurance which surprised me I never knew AT&T is offering an insurance for iPhone!!

Go to a AT&T Company Store!

Go to www.attwireless.com and look for a REAL company store near you! These poeple in the Kiosks, at the mall, are crooks! They are only autorized dealers and do not play by AT&T rules

Well manslaughter isn't the most morally wrong when compared to 1st deg murder but it's still not cool. Trying to justify being a liar and morally questionable is funny. I mean if I stole your iPhone it would be ok because I didn't steal your charger..... You're funny.

The police could care less. Thousands of phones are lost and stolen everyday.

There are few in this forum that would return your lost phone.

You can get angry but better to just move on.

That might be true but few phones have a "Find My Phone" feature....

So contact the police. What do you have to lose?
