Can't verify, but someone just tweeted @comex that 4.0.1 is showing up on iTunes now...
I just reconnected my iphone and it still says I can update to 4.0...but nothing about 4.0.1; so I doubt it, but I hope Im wrong
doubt a releasable package is ready since he stated this afternoon (my time) that he was still working on some stuff.
Oh well...
Haha. Saw this photo and was like WTH, this does not prove any jailbreak at all. Then saw he posted again after that admitting his mistake in showing a photo of the wrong page on the phone. Here is the newer post showing Cydia opened on the iPhone4.

Um. He officially bowed out like a day ago... with almost a little bit of grace.
First, let me say I am not going to slam Geo. But, I followed the PS3 hacking stuff as well back in the day and find it interesting that the way he bowed out of that area was/is very similar to the way he did here now with the iPhone. I just don't really get it. Not that I really care one way or another if he does or does not release something. I just find it odd behavior. I am a bit interested to see what hacking he picks up next and where he will leave that off at...
Ego, (i mean geo, oops
) is over rated, Im sure hes very clever but, dont forget he was using the dev teams tools and knowledge with some help from an unknown russian.Hes mostly up his own arse.
