They will. I'm buying the iPhone 5S, but if you're worried the 5 C will get lower specs then you shouldn't. It will have pretty decent specs, guaranteed. If you were to downgrade anything from the iPhone 5 it wouldn't be enough to run iOS7 well. Things I would leave as questionable would be LTE, and Retina. Although I feel like it should still have both. LTE might be questionable

I figured it out! The 5C will only come in 16GB like $229 iPod touch.

iPhone 5S will be 32GB, 64GB and 128GB (starting at $199).

iPod touch will also see a 128GB option this fall in addition to the current lineup.

while that may be true, I was just stuck in an airport for 3 days, and 9/10 phones I saw were iphones. Maybe the people that can't afford plane tickets are buying them up, but it was iphones and ipads everywhere in the airport, more than I expected.

This is the truth. I normally go out to eat for lunch every day during the week. I go to the same cafe and almost everyone is using an iPhones. I actually stopped a lady the other day who was using a windows phone ... she said she hated it and wished she had kept her iPhone.

So maybe only people who can afford to eat out have iPhones/iPads

seems like the iphone 5c will be quite the budget phone, ...ios 7 optimizations and improved safari speeds, etc with the A6 chip in it, the thing will fly and with the iphone 5 camera, it will probably be the best budget phone on the market....

Of course it will have an 8mpx camera, even the 2-year old 4s has one.

If the sensor itself doesn't get larger, a 12MP image will do worse in low light situations because each pixel has be smaller (and let in less light). Stick to 8 and improve the optics!

Please tell me more about them pixels and how they let light pass through them.

FIY, the cells (the little things you call pixels) from a camera sensor actually capture light and convert it into an (analog) electrical signal. Nothing passes through them, they are not whores, you know...
More megapixels in the same size sensor means smaller cells.
A smaller cell captures less light, so you have a lower electrical signal, which you have to amplify more. So you get more noise.
BTW, all this is analog. So it's funny they are called digital sensors.
After this stage, some processor (like Digic in Canon cameras) converts the eletrical signal intro digital, so you get the pixels. Now the process is done and you can share your food photo on instagram.
