I dont understand why people ask questions like this.

How the HELL are we going to know? GO DO IT. You'll have your answer.

Or when a new iphone comes out, theres a thousand different "do you think at&t will let me....." CALL AT&T.

My GOD, man!

Thank you!

So tired of these stupid threads.

Go to the store. Be super nice to the employee. Address his or her as sir or pretty lady (lol, that might not work depending on the age range) and then present how the phone became damaged. Also, what'd broughten? I never heard that before and my iPhone isn't defining it lol.

What's "what'd?"

I just thought there might be a chance that Apple would replace it for being a loyal customer for over 4 years.

I'm sorry to break this to you, but unfortunately, you do not meet the requirements of what the Genius Bar calls a "loyal customer."

Having insider information, (my friend's father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate works for Apple corporate), I know the requirements to meet the Loyal Customer status.

1) You've owned an iPhone/iPad for at least 4 years. (Hey, you got this one)
2) You own (or used to own) a PPC-based mac.
3) You own company stock
4) You know the shoe size, and type of shoe Jobs wore
5) You have a tattoo of the apple logo on your shoulder
6) You claim to be a loyal customer, and demand things because of it.
