No. It doesn't. Where are you getting this from? Again, if a thin piece of vinyl blocks reception, what would a thicker rubber/plastic case do? Common sense should dictate this, but apparently you think otherwise.

The reception issue has to do with your fingers (or another conductive material) touching the antenna thereby bridging two of the antennas. A great article/demonstration can be found here if you want to read more: http://www.anandtech.com/show/3794/the-iphone-4-review/2

...It still covers the antenna and it does still block the reception, a little bit but does...

Here's a couple pictures of the brushed metal that I picked up last month along with a carbon back when they had their promotion going on. Not sure how much I like this color combo. It makes it look like a toy to me, kind of like Optimus Prime.

I like the feel of the carbon back better. This feels kind of slippery (i guess?) when you pick up the phone vertically since that is the direction of the "brushed metal". The texture is nice though, definitely captures the brushed metal look and feel as much as you can through this material.

That's how the spectral wraps should be aligned! Is it SIMCard cutout or Uncut?

Anyone having flash problems with theirs? I just got the Teksure Skin back in Carbon Fiber and I seem to be having flash problems. The skin from what I can see seems to be aligned perfectly. I took several pics with flash and they all seem to have that "light" dispersement issue.

Just a quick question --> are these any different to the stuff that is being offered by http://iphone-death-grip.com ? looks like it is the same producer?

They're somewhat similar. I mean everyone has their own 'branding' and type of quality to sell.. I honestly think Lucky Labs has far more greater options than that website you linked. Plus it doesn't leave residue upon updating their spectra wrap to 2.0! :) and they have more colors to choose from, which is amazing!

Lucky labs does have an awesome customer service, they respond to my emails immediately, and i had a problem with my teksture skin a few months back. All i did, was send them a picture of the problem i had. Then within a couple of days i got a new one! just shoot them an email. they seriously have the best customer service.
Email LuckyLabs

(also to note. Steven Lucky will not be answering your questions here at the forums due to MacRumors rules/guidelines, if you have any questions just use the email i provided, it's a great way to get a hold of him)

I have a question about the front decals they sell for the artwork skins
do the front decals cover the whole screen to provide protection? or is it just the top and bottom portions of the phone?

No matter how aligned mine is, it still produces crappy flash images. I even received replacements and they all cause the same issue.

So last night I pulled my phone out of my pocket and noticed that there was a slight bump under the wrap along the edge where the cutout for the sim card was. To my surprise it was a clump of balled up glue. I have no idea how this happened, but the entire length of the sim card hole had the glue come off on one edge. It left the wrap looking like this (second picture is a little blurry):

I decided to take off the entire wrap since it was bugging me and lo and behold the glue did in fact come off. Also, I'm not to sure how some people are able to take them off with the intention of re-using them. The past two wraps I've taken off always bunched up at the corners due to the stickiness. They also would tear apart too. But hey, if you're able to take them off delicately enough to re-use, then kudos to you!

+1 to lucky labs!

Great looking products, and when I noticed mine didn't fit quite right, I emailed Steve Lucky and he promptly got back to me and is sending a new one once he looks into the fit issue.

Unfortunately the left and bottom spectra wrap portions do not quite line up. Regardless, there was no residue from them and the other pieces look awesome.

Yep. Some do line up, others don't. Hope that in the next Luckylabs revision they fix this issue out.

I'd like to place an order soon, so if anyone's listening another code would be awesome!

Ok so we didn't get a code for Feb. thats cool.. How bout a code for March.. Luck of the irish and all?! :p :D

I emailed luckylabs with a couple of questions and also asked about promo codes. This is the response I received from "Steve" :

There are currently no promotional codes. W'll probably have something in the next month or so, but we have no immediate plans.

this has started to happen to me too, but on the thin strips either side of the dock connector. The old spectra wraps didnt come off as easily as i *assume* they used more glue or something.

quite annoying, might email steve see what happens.

Seeing these pics really makes me wanna order some wraps is there anymore 50% coupon codes out there ..
