Yup, my wife didn't like the Clearview for similar reasons. It seems like a nice case though. I'd use it for no other reason than the protection. She ended up sticking with her frost Caudabe Veil instead. It washes out the gold in comparison to this Luvvitt, but not noticeable unless you're actually comparing the two back to back.

Is it a hybrid with rubbery sides and a hard back? If so, do you remember where you got it? Wouldn't mind picking up one of those for $3.

It's all soft but it seems to be the same as this.There are plenty on eBay!

Probably turned yellowish after a while, no? The Luvvitt is hard on the back so it won't yellow.

Nope. It's a rigid soft plastic if that makes sense. It's not like the hard plastic on the Griffin cases that scratch it.
